Six languages and a lot of cross-cultural work taught me one thing: people don't remember information, they remember experiences they can actually use

2014 – 2020
I grew up in western Ukraine and studied Chinese, including a year at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a semester at Beijing University. In 2018, I moved to Germany to pursue my Master's degree and build an international career. I graduated in 2020 — and that's when my journey into project work began.

2020 – 2024
My first real exposure to project management came through an internship at Audi in Ingolstadt.
Over the next few years, I worked on projects across Audi, BMW and Aenova, gaining experience in different industries, teams and project environments. Along the way, I built my professional toolkit with certifications in IPMA, Prosci and Scrum.

2024 – today
The part of project work I enjoyed most wasn't the project plan. It was the people.
How teams respond when things change. How managers communicate decisions. Why some teams adapt quickly while others get stuck.
Today, I combine consulting, facilitation and training across organisations such as Everllence and Aenova, as well as teaching at Munich Business School. I help individuals and organisations build practical skills they can use immediately — whether that's managing a project, leading through change or working more effectively as a team.
So what makes my approach different? I teach what I practice. Every training is grounded in experience, enriched with practical examples, and designed to create lasting impact

Every framework, tool, and method I share comes from projects I've led, teams I've supported, and organizational challenges I've helped solve. Real examples, real mistakes to skip

No two teams are the same, so no two trainings are. We start from your situation and shape the program around it

Change works when people feel ready, not pushed. I bring the same care to a training room that I bring to a transformation project

Languages I teach in
“
The course was truly delivered at a high level. You can really feel the European approach to teaching, her extensive experience and her desire to present everything in the best and clearest possible way.
“
It was really nice that Yana remembered the name of every student.
“
Yanina is a great lecturer. I really liked how she interacted with the audience and changed the format depending on how exhausted we were. It helped to take in such a large amount of information.
“
I really liked the lecturer’s very human attitude and her openness.
“
Many people at the Academy know I always sighed heavily when I saw project management on the schedule. BUT Yana explained things so well, so usefully and informatively.
“
Simply an incredible lecturer who inspires you to keep moving forward and not stop despite the difficulties.
“
Yanina was an excellent partner working in our China cooperation team. She is very responsive and sees changes as an opportunity. She likes to take over challenging tasks and bring in own ideas.
“
As Yanina’s former team leader, I can say she has always been a valuable member of my team. She was involved in training courses for employees, customers and external students, where she successfully passed on her knowledge.
I have a lot of sides, and I like giving all of them room.
I love travelling, concerts, hiking, being active and having people around me. But I also love a slow day on the sofa, doing absolutely nothing. I think both are important.
I'm naturally curious. I like learning languages, discovering new cultures and, most of all, understanding people — what motivates them, how they see the world and what makes them think differently.
That curiosity has taken me across countries, industries and very different environments. It's also a big part of how I work: I like asking questions, challenging assumptions and learning from the people I'm working with.
Because I don't think you ever really stop learning. The more I learn, the more I realise how much there is still to discover.
