About This Training
Scrum Master PSM I Preparation is a hands-on course for people preparing for the Professional Scrum Master I certification by Scrum.org.
It goes through the Scrum Guide piece by piece: the theory behind Scrum, the three accountabilities, the events and the artefacts. Every topic is tied to situations Scrum teams actually run into, and the group works through exam-style questions and scenarios together, so people understand why an answer is right instead of memorising it.
The course is led by a PSM I holder who uses Scrum in her own project work. Participants leave knowing where they stand before the exam and with a clear idea of how a Scrum Master supports a team day to day.
