Your question isn't on the list? Bring it anyway. Every session starts from your situation.
How mentoring works

We map your point A
Before the first call, you fill in a short questionnaire so we both see clearly where you are now and where you want to get to

We meet online, up to 60 min
One focused session on your situation. No fixed program, we work on what you actually came with

You leave with a clear route to point B
Concrete next steps you can actually act on — what to focus on, what to learn, what to try and where to put your energy next
How it plays out

From Project Support to Project Management
“
I came in looking for guidance as someone new to project management, and left with a clear plan and real motivation. What stayed with me most is that she checked in afterwards to see how I was doing. Since then, I've negotiated a raise, I'm getting Prince2 training, and my path to Project Manager has been approved.
The challenge
After almost two years as a Project Assistant, she was already coordinating projects and stakeholders, but her role was still seen as support. She wanted to move into a Project Coordinator or Junior PM role and needed clarity on what was missing and how to get there
What we did
We mapped her experience against a PM role, then worked on taking more ownership in her current projects, building a development plan, and preparing her to raise the next step with her manager
The result
She used a change in management to present her contribution and a clear development plan. The result: more recognition, better conditions, a salary increase, and a clear path to Project Manager
