Every training pairs a concept with a real case, so people practice it the moment they learn it, not weeks later back at their desk
Who these trainings are for

Companies in change
Your team is going through a transformation or moving to Agile, and you need methods they'll use straight away

Growing teams
Help your team work better together – stronger soft skills, better collaboration, shared tools

Universities
You want students who understand real corporate work, taught by someone who does it daily
Who these trainings are for
Training topics
Each topic is a starting point. We shape the closest one around your team and your project
How I train

Learn it, then do it
Short theory, then straight into practice on a case that looks like your work. Same session

Built for your team
No two trainings match, because no two teams do. The agenda is shaped around your situation

I teach what I do
Every framework, tool, and method I share comes from projects I've led, teams I've supported, and organizational challenges I've helped solve. Real examples, real mistakes to skip

Before I started training others, I spent six years running real projects at Audi, BMW and Aenova. That experience is the foundation of everything I do.
Trainings I’ve Delivered

Teaching Project Management to Future Business Leaders
“
You can walk in knowing nothing and leave with real practical experience.
The challenge
Most students came to the course with little to no practical experience in project management. They had a solid foundation in business theory, but limited hands-on experience with project work. We had to close the gap between knowing about project management and actually doing it
What we did
I delivered a 20-hour Project Management and Agile course at Munich Business School. Students learned by working through realistic project scenarios, practical exercises and team challenges — turning concepts like planning, stakeholder management, risk and Agile into skills they can actually use. Strong focus on learning by doing
The result
By the end of the course, students had experienced project management rather than just studied it. They had worked through realistic challenges, made decisions and collaborated in teams — building the confidence to step into their first project and know where to start

Two Days to Build Practical Project Management Skills
“
In four years of university we wouldn't have learned this much about management. It felt modern and relevant.
The challenge
Many ULA students were developing their own initiatives and preparing applications for grants and other funding opportunities. They needed to understand how to structure, plan and communicate a project clearly — and build practical PM skills that could strengthen both their project execution and their funding applications
What we did
I delivered intensive two-day Project Management courses focused on learning by doing. Students applied PM tools directly to their own projects. The format was highly practical, combining short inputs, exercises, group work and real project cases
The result
Students applied the tools directly to projects they were already building — turning ideas into structured plans, strengthening grant applications and creating clearer ways of working with their teams

Applying the Prosci Change Management Framework Across the Organisation
“
Yanina is highly knowledgeable, proactive, and unafraid to draw on her extensive experience in change management, training, and organizational adoption to challenge and support stakeholders. During the implementation, she played a role in delivering multiple training sessions and helped build and deliver our change management curriculum for colleagues across Germany. She adapts quickly to new environments, maintains a positive attitude, and takes initiative to ensure successful outcomes. Yanina is a dedicated and capable professional who would be a valuable asset to any organization
The challenge
The organisation needed to strengthen change management capabilities across different levels — from managers and team leads to employees. Each group needed a different entry point, while still working from a consistent set of methods
What we did
I delivered three tailored training tracks for Project Managers, People Leads and employees, using the Prosci framework as foundation
The result
The trainings established a consistent, standardized approach to change management across the organisation, while allowing each audience to apply the methodology to their own projects, teams and challenges
